Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with our enterprise customers, embedding within their organisations to solve critical problems. You will understand customer challenges first‑hand, rapidly prototype solutions and deliver immediate, tangible value.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to deeply understand their operational challenges and data environments.
• Rapidly design, prototype and deliver solutions that create immediate value, often within days rather than months.
• Adapt to diverse tech stacks, working with whatever infrastructure and systems the customer has in place.
• Translate customer learnings and patterns into product improvements that benefit all users.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Handle ambiguity confidently, determining the best path forward when given a problem.

Required profile

• Solid engineers who can write good, production‑grade code.
• Adaptability – thrive in unfamiliar environments and work with any technology presented.
• Resourcefulness – navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic trade‑offs under pressure.
