Founder – Join EF Fall 2026 Cohort

About the role

Entrepreneurs First is seeking ambitious individuals to join its Fall 2026 founder cohort in London or San Francisco. As a Founder you will partner with a co‑founder, validate an idea and launch a high‑growth startup backed by EF’s investment and network.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in intensive co‑founder matching sessions to identify the optimal partner.
• Explore technical and market problems, generate insights and define a compelling problem statement.
• Develop and iterate on product‑market fit, business models and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Leverage EF’s mentorship, resources and investor network to build a category‑defining company.

Required profile

• 0–7 years of professional experience, ranging from technical graduates to early hires or Chiefs of Staff at high‑growth startups.
• Strong intent to found a company and a scrappy mindset for solving novel problems.
• Demonstrated technical literacy or commercial instinct (e.g., engineering, product, GTM, consulting).
• Willingness to relocate to London or San Francisco for the duration of the program.
