Founders Associate – E‑commerce & Digital Agency

About the role

Join a fast‑growing e‑commerce and digital marketing agency as a Founders Associate, working directly with the leadership team. You will gain hands‑on experience across client reporting, market research, and operational support while contributing to the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client reports and performance summaries.
• Conduct market research, build prospect lists and draft briefing documents.
• Write and edit emails, LinkedIn posts and other marketing communications.
• Review client deliverables for quality before distribution.
• Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements.
• Maintain CRM systems and internal business processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc operational support to keep the business running efficiently.

• Proactive, able to anticipate needs and take ownership.
• Confident writer adaptable to different audiences.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
