Founding Content Strategist

About the role

Siena is looking for a founding Content Strategist to own every piece of written communication that reaches the market. You will define the voice, craft the copy, and ensure that product launches, social posts, blogs and video scripts all work together to showcase the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own all Siena‑facing content, from founder‑led LinkedIn posts to product launch announcements, blog posts, and video scripts.
• Set and execute the strategy for the company’s social accounts, writing and publishing posts that reflect the brand voice.
• Collaborate with the Founding Creative Director to align copy with visuals for product launches.
• Analyze content performance, identify what drives engagement, and iterate without waiting for direction.
• Leverage AI tools throughout research, drafting, analysis, and distribution to accelerate output.

Required profile

• Published writing portfolio that includes blog posts, launch announcements, social media copy, and video scripts.
• Experience as the sole writer for a company or brand, without a supporting copy team.
• Background in eCommerce or consumer‑brand marketing and understanding of those teams.
• Proven ability to craft content that moves business outcomes (e.g., demos booked, viral founder posts).
• Comfort using AI in every stage of the workflow while ensuring the final copy feels human.
