Founding Operator

About the role

Requesty is an AI gateway used by over 60,000 developers who process more than 60 billion tokens daily. The product is live, the market is accelerating, and the team is small but ambitious. We are looking for a Founding Operator to run the business side of the company hand‑in‑hand with the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own operations by building systems and processes that let a small team function like a much larger organization.
• Drive product development together with engineering, shaping roadmap, onboarding, activation, and feature delivery that improve key metrics.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategy, identify effective channels, write playbooks, and manage partnerships and developer marketing.
• Act as the CEO’s right hand on investor updates, hiring, strategic planning, and execution of decisions.
• Engage with customers, translate feedback into product and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, or growth, with a track record of building and scaling initiatives.
• Previous experience at an early‑stage company and comfort thriving in chaotic environments.
• Strong product sense; able to spot broken flows or pages quickly.
• Deep understanding of developers and the ability to speak their language, without needing to code.
• Fast decision‑making with imperfect data and a bias toward iteration.
• Self‑starter who does not wait for direction.
