FP&A Analyst

About the role

This newly created FP&A Analyst position is with a fast‑growing, sustainability‑focused e‑commerce retailer that is B‑Corp certified and generating £200 million in turnover. The role is a six‑month fixed‑term contract, hybrid working (two days a week in the London office), reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Map existing FP&A reporting processes and identify manual steps for elimination.
• Automate reporting through platform configuration, scripting and AI tooling.
• Document implemented processes for current and future use.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the financial reporting platform (Vena) and trading/BI systems.
• Build and roll out an automated reconciliation process across the business.
• Support the broader FP&A team with commercial analysis, re‑forecast consolidation and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven FP&A experience.
• Demonstrated ability to automate FP&A processes and reporting.
• Experience using AI tools, preferably Claude.
• Hands‑on experience with a CPM/EPM platform (Vena, Anaplan, TM1, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, Hyperion or similar).
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
