FP&A Analyst – Power BI Specialist

About the role

Join a market‑leading business as an FP&A Analyst focused on Power BI. You will work within a high‑performing finance team, turning commercial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and scorecards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly reporting solutions.
• Validate data, test reports and continuously enhance reporting accuracy.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and ad‑hoc commercial projects.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development and data visualisation.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Good understanding of financial and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across the business.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
