FP&A Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing, investor‑backed AI infrastructure company as its first dedicated FP&A Manager. You will work directly with the CFO, VP Finance and senior leadership to build the financial planning capability that will support the business through a pivotal growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Own rolling cash‑flow forecasting and short‑term liquidity planning.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, re‑forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide visibility on cash runway, burn rate and funding requirements.
• Support strategic planning, capital allocation and investment decision‑making.
• Deliver performance reporting and commercial analysis to identify key drivers, trends and risks.
• Build and maintain robust operational and financial models for scenario planning.
• Design and implement FP&A processes, reporting frameworks and internal controls.
• Partner with finance transformation initiatives and system implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within high‑growth or technology environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated capability to design forecasting frameworks and financial models from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership and investors.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working in a fast‑moving, multi‑country setting.
