FP&A Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Investigo is seeking a high‑calibre FP&A Manager to join its finance team during a period of rapid expansion and transformation. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will act as a strategic business partner, providing insight and analysis that drive commercial performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Produce board‑level reporting and executive presentations.
• Drive improvements in reporting accuracy, forecasting and financial processes.
• Support commercial performance reviews and KPI development.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Contribute to business transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience.
• Experience in a large, complex or multinational organisation.
• Track record of operating in high‑growth, changing businesses.
• Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement.
