FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a growing professional services organisation in Leeds. The role will support senior management with financial insight, forecasting and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to provide financial insight and commercial decision support.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for key business units.
• Lead and enhance forecasting and cash‑flow planning processes.
• Support finance system improvements and development projects.
• Provide FP&A analysis of profitability, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Prepare insightful financial analysis and reporting for performance and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of financial information.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and commercial finance capabilities.
• Experience with forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to business partner with senior management and present financial information clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Financial modelling.

What we offer

• Salary £55,000 – £60,000 per year.
