FP&A Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Sheridan Maine is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to turn financial data into actionable insight for its Heathrow‑area operations. Working closely with the Executive Team and key business functions, you will support strategic decision‑making, improve profitability and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Produce Board and Executive management reports with performance analysis.
• Develop financial models, scenario planning and investment appraisals.
• Partner with sales, operations and other functions to improve pricing, margins and productivity.
• Support strategic projects, acquisitions, due diligence and integration planning.
• Deliver cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital analysis.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and enhance business‑intelligence reporting.
• Provide financial support for tenders, pricing, capital investment and commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Strong commercial awareness and advanced financial modelling skills.
• Experience producing board‑level reporting and supporting senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience in an international or US‑owned company is preferred.
