FP&A Manager – Real Estate (6‑12 month contract)

About the role

The client is delivering a major mixed‑use development in London, combining hospitality, leisure, commercial office and public spaces. They are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to design and implement the financial reporting and modelling infrastructure that will support the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build consolidated financial models across multiple operating entities, integrating P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Create a scalable modelling architecture with robust controls and validation checks.
• Produce board, lender and monthly management reports directly from model outputs.
• Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions for operational and investment stakeholders.
• Support the annual budgeting process and long‑term business planning.
• Establish an FP&A framework that delivers lasting value beyond the contract period.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of building sophisticated forecasting and reporting models from first principles.
• Experience producing board, lender and executive management reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in real estate, property, infrastructure or asset‑backed businesses is a strong advantage.

• Three‑statement financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel.
• Exposure to reporting automation or financial planning tools.
