FP&A Senior Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The FP&A Senior Analyst will support strategic decision‑making for a multi‑site business, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. This hybrid role combines high‑level financial analysis with hands‑on budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the FP&A team to deliver high‑quality financial analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain robust budgets and forecasts for leased & tenanted and managed operations.
• Produce clear variance analysis, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support strategic and operational projects as directed by the Head of FP&A.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems and financial controls.

Required profile

• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
