FP&A Senior Manager – Full PnL, Cashflow & Projects

About the role
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Manager to join a fast‑growing post‑startup business lender based in the City of London. The role combines full profit‑and‑loss, cash‑flow and balance‑sheet responsibility with leading finance‑related projects and system changes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full P&L, cash‑flow and balance‑sheet reporting and analysis.
- Prepare commercial analysis, budgeting and forecasting for senior stakeholders.
- Lead finance transformation projects, including system implementation and change management.
- Develop and execute UAT and test scripts to ensure system integrity.
Required profile
- Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA.
- Experience in banking, challenger banks, fintech or other lending institutions.
- Strong commercial accounting expertise covering P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow.

- Base salary £90,000‑£100,000 per year.
