FP&A Senior Manager

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing post‑startup business lender based in the City of London, backed by a global parent and already profitable. They are seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Manager to lead full profit‑and‑loss, cash‑flow and balance‑sheet responsibilities while also driving key projects and system changes.

Key responsibilities

• Own 50% of the role focusing on full P&L, cash‑flow management and balance‑sheet oversight.
• Conduct commercial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
• Lead 50% of the role dedicated to project delivery, systems change initiatives and UAT/test script creation.
• Collaborate with finance, product and technology teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA.
• Experience in banking, challenger banks, fintech or other lending environments.
• Strong commercial accounting expertise covering P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and system implementations.

• Base salary between £90,000 and £100,000 per year.
