FP&A Transformation and Insights Analytics AVP

About the role

The FP&A Transformation and Insights Analytics AVP will lead financial planning and analysis transformation initiatives for a brokerage and commodities firm in the City of London. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights through Power BI to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Drive FP&A transformation projects and improve reporting efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real‑time financial insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities.
• Analyse financial data to highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within brokerage, commodities or banking.
• Proven track record of leading transformation projects and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in accounting or finance with relevant qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MBA).
