Fragrance Adviser (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Superdrug’s fragrance team in Darlington and share your love of perfume with customers. As a Fragrance Adviser you will work on a flexible part‑time schedule, providing expert advice and creating a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the fragrance counter, recommending perfumes and related products.
• Drive add‑on sales and meet store targets through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑merchandised fragrance display.
• Support the wider store team in daily operations and stock management.
• Participate in optional training for piercing services, if desired.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with clear communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, health and customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Eagerness to learn about fragrances and improve product knowledge.

Required skills

• Customer‑facing service experience.
• Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
