Frameworks Manager - Digital Identity Compliance

About the role

Lead the future of digital identity compliance for a high‑growth technology business. You will become the subject‑matter expert for the UK Digital Verification Services Trust Framework, owning certification, governance and framework expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Digital Verification Services (DVS) Trust Framework certification programme from start to finish.
• Lead certification audits, coordinate documentation, gather evidence and liaise with external certification bodies.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with DVS Trust Framework and DCDQ requirements, monitoring regulatory changes and implementing updates.
• Serve as the bridge between Legal & Compliance and technical teams, translating complex regulations into practical guidance.
• Drive participation in additional government frameworks and public‑sector data‑sharing initiatives.
• Oversee compliance for government data‑access arrangements and broader public‑sector integrations.
• Ensure procurement framework eligibility and governance.
• Develop and continuously improve internal governance documentation, controls and knowledge repositories.
• Support commercial teams with framework, certification and regulatory queries from clients and prospects.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience leading or delivering DVS Trust Framework certification or audit programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the UK Digital Verification Services Trust Framework, DCDQ requirements and digital identity regulation.
• Experience with Identity Proofing and Verification (IPV) standards.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills across legal, compliance, engineering and commercial functions.
• Pragmatic, organised approach with strong judgement and attention to detail.
