Freelance Compositor – Immediate Start

About the role
As a compositor at Dupe you will blend live‑action, photographic and CG elements to create believable shots. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking and efficiency to realise the vision of clients and VFX supervisors while maintaining high aesthetic and technical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess your own work on both creative and technical levels.
- Incorporate feedback from supervisors in a collaborative manner.
- Perform 2D tracking, keying, colour matching, roto and paint tasks.
- Work closely with other departments to achieve optimal results efficiently.
- Apply knowledge of lighting, photography and perspective.
- Manage workload and stay calm under deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional VFX experience using Nuke.
- A relevant degree or training course is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic judgement of photorealism, perspective and colour.
- Good sense of composition, colour and design.
- Experience working on Linux systems.
- Familiarity with Nuke expressions, gizmos and Python is advantageous.
