Freelance Personal Trainer

About the role

A premium, London-based fitness concept launching in Marylebone is seeking freelance personal trainers to join its founding team. It offers high-energy, data-led 30-minute sessions in a studio focused on performance, precision and a premium client experience. The role suits experienced trainers moving into a science-led environment and coaches wanting to develop in a structured, forward-thinking setting. Pay is £25 per session, with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, and start date ASAP.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30-minute personal training sessions for up to three clients at once, with precise, safe coaching and use of advanced equipment
• Build trust-based relationships, guide clients through their fitness journey and act as a brand ambassador
• Run detailed assessments using diagnostic tools to measure strength, mobility and metabolism, then tailor training, recovery and wellness programmes
• Maintain a clean, safe studio and support the wider team's day-to-day operations

Required profile

• Degree in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Physiology or a related field
• Strong understanding of strength training, mobility and endurance principles
• Experience in premium or luxury fitness environments preferred
• Excellent communication skills, comfort with data and digital platforms, and a professional, proactive approach
