Freelance PR Consultant – Premium Wallpaper Brand Launch

About the role

We are preparing to launch a new premium wallpaper brand in Autumn 2026. The brand showcases maximalist designs created by a renowned artist, targeting high‑end design and interiors audiences. We need a freelance PR consultant to provide short‑term, one‑off support to secure coverage in leading interior‑design publications.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases announcing the brand launch.
• Prepare and send seeding packs to key trade and editorial titles.
• Maintain and update a media contact list for interiors and lifestyle publications such as Home & Garden UK, Sunday Times, Wallpaper, etc.
• Coordinate a virtual half‑day press day, if required.
• Track media coverage and provide post‑campaign reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR for design, interiors or luxury consumer brands.
• Established relationships with UK interior‑design and lifestyle editors.
• Ability to work independently on a short‑term freelance basis (1‑4 weeks).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
