Freelance Property Viewing Agent

About the role

Viewber Ltd is looking for reliable individuals to carry out property viewings and related appointments in their spare time. You will act as the face of the company, showing properties to potential buyers or tenants and completing optional photography or floor‑plan tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled property viewings, meet‑and‑greet appointments and video viewings.
• Capture property photographs and produce floor plans where required.
• Carry out inspections, measurements and other on‑site tasks as assigned.
• Accept or decline appointment invitations based on personal availability and travel radius.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working independently.
• Valid DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate issued within the last three years.
