French Assurance Vie Associate – Wealth Solutions

About the role

As a French Assurance Vie Associate you will support the FIL brokerage team in delivering wealth solutions to French‑speaking clients. You will work closely with internal departments, help onboard new clients and contribute to the development of efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support FIL wealth engineers and investment counsellors with operational requests such as portfolio recommendations, system updates and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and ensure required client documentation is collected by partnering with internal departments.
• Collaborate with the insurance company to fulfil administrative and operational requests for French Assurance Vie clients.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and propose process improvements to support the growing department.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Native‑level proficiency in French and strong command of English.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage clients and colleagues by phone and email.
• Proactive, deadline‑driven and able to work autonomously.
