French Speaking Account Manager – London

About the role

We are seeking two French‑speaking Account Managers to join our client’s London office. This entry‑level, permanent position offers a fast‑track career in customer experience and service, supporting an established European client base while gaining exposure to a range of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively service and support French‑speaking clients, handling inbound calls and inquiries.
• Manage client accounts, including invoicing, collections, and day‑to‑day administration.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Analyse service processes and suggest continuous‑improvement ideas.
• Develop reference materials and resources for French‑speaking customers.
• Participate in the organisation’s Continuous Improvement Programme.

Required profile

• UK residency with the right to work.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1‑3 years of customer‑service experience.
• Native‑level French and business‑level English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
