French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Ashford team. In this fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment you will use both French and English to assist customers across multiple channels, ensuring each interaction is helpful and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, live‑chat messages and other enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, orders and company policies.
• Process customer orders, amendments, cancellations and returns in the system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records within the CRM platform.
• Support administrative duties such as data entry, report preparation and document management.
• Achieve individual and team targets for response times and customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build rapport, solve problems and handle a variety of customer issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for updating customer information.
