French Speaking Ecommerce Executive (GA4) – London Hybrid

About the role

Diamonds Factory, a leading European luxury jeweller, is expanding its French‑speaking online store. Reporting to the Global Ecommerce Manager, you will help optimise the French website, support digital campaigns and ensure a seamless shopping experience for French‑language customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the French e‑commerce site, updating content, product data, promotions and merchandising.
• Localise website copy, product descriptions and marketing assets into fluent, culturally relevant French.
• Monitor traffic, conversion, revenue and customer behaviour using GA4, Hotjar and related tools; produce regular performance reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to navigation, checkout and overall user journey.
• Collaborate with SEO, CRM, email and paid‑media teams to ensure campaigns are accurately reflected on the site.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Shopify, Magento or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Fluent French with strong localisation skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in a luxury or fashion e‑commerce environment is a plus.
