French Speaking Reservations Coordinator

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic global contact centre supporting a luxury hotel collection. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking guests, handling reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest reservation enquiries via telephone and email for all hotels in the collection.
• Process, confirm, amend and cancel bookings accurately using the reservation system.
• Provide detailed information on room availability, rates and hotel services.
• Follow up on reservation requests to guarantee a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate special guest requests and relay them to the appropriate hotel departments.
• Maintain clear communication between the Global Contact Centre and individual hotels.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with guests and internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) – essential.
• Experience in hotel reservations or hospitality is beneficial.
• Customer service background is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shift patterns.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reservation software.
