French-Speaking Rota Nanny – Holland Park, London

About the role

A French family in Holland Park, London is seeking a native French‑speaking nanny for a live‑in rota position caring for their 16‑month‑old twin boys. The role starts as soon as possible and offers a 2‑weeks‑on/2‑weeks‑off schedule, including overnight care and occasional international travel with the family.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑time care for the twins during working periods, including meals, naps, and bedtime routines.
• Design and deliver age‑appropriate educational activities, favouring a Montessori‑inspired approach.
• Plan indoor and outdoor games, outings, and developmental exercises.
• Support key milestones such as potty training and pacifier weaning.
• Collaborate smoothly with other household staff, maintaining a positive team spirit.
• Accompany the family on international trips when required.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Extensive experience caring for very young children, preferably twins, and prior rota work.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt daily routines as children grow.
• Stable employment history with strong professional references.
• Non‑smoker, holds a British passport or Settled Status allowing legal work in the UK.
