French-speaking Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Senior Marketing Executive to join our London office and help shape the marketing strategy for our fast‑growing B2B tech events focused on HR and Learning professionals. You will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Event Director to promote events to delegates and exhibitors across the full marketing mix.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy, positioning, key messages and product strategy for the event portfolio.
• Plan, execute and analyse multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Lead the creative and design process for marketing collateral, updating existing assets and creating new materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design campaigns that drive new client acquisition and increase client retention across digital, sponsorship and other revenue streams.
• Create and manage strategic audience development plans, ensuring communications reflect event positioning and messaging.
• Partner with sponsors and external partners to deliver integrated lead‑generation campaigns and compelling promotional content.
• Oversee community‑building and social‑media initiatives to boost engagement, interaction and brand affinity.

Required profile

• Fluent French and excellent written English.
• Proven experience in senior‑level B2B marketing, preferably within events or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure campaign effectiveness and report results.
• Creative thinker who can drive the design of marketing materials from concept to delivery.
• Team‑player who can collaborate across marketing, sales, content and partnership teams.
