About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking Junior Sales Account Manager to support our client base across Europe from our London office. The role blends customer service, account management and sales development, offering a clear pathway into junior sales within a fast‑growing organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively service and support French‑language clients, handling inbound calls and inquiries.
- Manage client accounts, including invoicing, collections and contract administration.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyse service processes and suggest continuous‑improvement ideas.
- Develop reference materials and resources for client use.
- Contribute to the company’s Continuous Improvement Programme.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Native‑level French and business‑level English.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑starter attitude with the capacity to work on multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £47,000 and £52,000 per annum.
