French‑Speaking Recruitment Consultant (Manchester)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our brand‑new Manchester headquarters. You will work on technology and accountancy contracts within the French market, spending four days a week in the office and travelling to Paris each quarter to meet clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place candidates for tech and accountancy roles in French‑speaking organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in France and the UK.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the People and Performance team to follow a tailored training programme.
• Meet quarterly travel commitments to Paris for client and candidate meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
• Professional fluency in French (native or near‑native).
• Commercial awareness and a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to work hard in a high‑achieving, performance‑focused environment.
