Front End Engineer – React & TypeScript

About the role

As a Frontend Software Engineer embedded within a multifunctional team, you will collaborate with Product and Design counterparts to ideate, build and support the UI for Checkout.com products and services. You will ensure merchants enjoy an optimal experience across all frontend touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions for the platform.
• Define project priorities, manage deadlines and deliver high‑quality features.

Required profile

• Proficient in React and TypeScript, able to implement features with limited guidance.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, RESTful design and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Good practical knowledge of OOP concepts, SOLID principles and security‑by‑design.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on accessibility and user experience.
