Front-End Sales Representative – Asset Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Front-End Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing specialist in asset finance and leasing. Based in Brentford, West London, you will work in a hybrid model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing broker relationships, and guiding corporate clients through the full funding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent asset‑finance brokers, introducers and referral partners.
• Develop long‑term connections with SME and corporate clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Engage directly with prospects to understand equipment and funding needs and present tailored finance solutions.
• Structure commercially viable leasing proposals, manage the sales cycle from enquiry to payout, and ensure compliance with profitability and risk standards.
• Educate brokers and customers on leasing structures, residual values and end‑of‑term options.
• Collaborate closely with internal Credit, Risk and Operations teams to secure approvals and deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset finance, leasing or a related commercial sales environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to assess risk and profitability.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working autonomously.
