About the role
Civica is looking for a Front End Web Developer to set up and configure online voting and election‑related websites using our bespoke Content Management System. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver engaging, accessible digital experiences for public sector elections.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and configure online voting, nomination and information sites using client and election data.
- Prepare candidate statements in HTML, including image resizing and formatting.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure sites meet client requirements and are correctly configured.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring consistency and quality.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience using a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, BlogSpot, Drupal).
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Good time‑management and prioritisation skills.
