Front-End Web Specialist – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

As a Front-End Web Specialist you will bridge the gap between marketing and web development, ensuring web requests are properly scoped, coordinated and delivered on time. You will own the intake process, perform technical QA, and support conversion‑rate‑optimization initiatives while working closely with developers, designers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship pages/components in Storyblok CMS, handling configuration, staging, QA and production deployment across market versions.
• Own the intake and triage of web requests, qualify technical complexity, enforce briefing standards and decide whether work can be handled directly or needs developer involvement.
• Act as day‑to‑day project manager, tracking scope, delivery and risk while maintaining the web backlog and sprint board.
• Support CRO initiatives by setting up A/B tests, documenting hypotheses and tracking experiment results.
• Produce regular status updates and pipeline reports for leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in web operations, technical project management or web production with hands‑on CMS or front‑end exposure.
• Strong technical literacy in HTML/CSS, understanding of headless CMS structures and QA processes.
• Comfortable using AI tools for drafting and QA, and able to identify where human review is required.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders and push back on briefs when necessary.
