Front of House - Bar & Waiting Staff

About the role

Hungry Horse is hiring a part-time Front of House team member (Bar & Waiting Staff) at its pub in Queensway, Scunthorpe. The role is permanent and pays between £8.00 and £12.21 per hour, with 8 hours scheduled per week. You will be part of a fun and inclusive team where you can grow your skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.
• Act as the insider behind the bar, recommending drinks to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers while they dine.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, dealing with any issues quickly and safely.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A passion for great service and a warm welcome for every customer.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit.
