About the role
We are looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join our Bupa centre in Cambridgeshire. The role is pivotal in delivering a welcoming experience for patients and visitors while supporting the administrative functions that keep the centre running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all reception and administrative activities efficiently and accurately.
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience to patients, visitors and staff.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, clinical governance and legal requirements.
- Support team objectives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure health and safety for yourself, colleagues and customers within the centre.
Required profile
- GCSE level education or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset.
