Front of House Team Leader – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join JW Lees in Ashton‑Under‑Lyne. You will lead shift teams in our pubs, ensuring excellent service, smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Run front‑of‑house shifts, opening and closing duties, and manage cash handling.
• Serve drinks and food, pull pints and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Motivate and coach team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in a hospitality or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude, reliability and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
