About the role
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader to lead the team at Fatling in Hornchurch, delivering an outstanding guest experience and supporting the management team in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside the management team to bring the shared vision to life.
- Maintain smooth operations and consistency across the venue.
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older, as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
- Proven experience in front‑of‑house or hospitality team leadership.
