Front of House Team Member

About the role

Join a brand‑new fresh‑pasta restaurant and be the first point of contact for guests. As a Front of House Team Member you will create welcoming, memorable experiences while supporting a lively kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with genuine warmth and energy.
• Take orders, guide guests through the menu, and process payments using the till system.
• Maintain clean and sanitized tables, chairs, and work areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to protect guests and colleagues.
• Share the story behind each pasta dish and recommend drinks.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and propose solutions.
• Assist colleagues in both front‑ and back‑of‑house tasks as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Passion for Italian cuisine and a love of food.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and confident with an easy smile.
• Reliable, punctual and ready to help in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants or retail is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS/till systems and basic tablet technology.
