Join the ibis London City Shoreditch team as a Front Office Team Member, providing a warm and professional welcome to every guest. This part‑time position (23.4 hours per week) is based in the hotel lobby and plays a key part in creating memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out process.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate hotel services.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow administrative procedures.
• Assist with reservations, payments, and billing using the hotel’s front‑desk system.
• Keep the lobby area tidy and presentable at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and create personalized moments that enhance satisfaction.
