Full Stack Developer – AWS, TypeScript & AI

About the role

167 Solutions is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join its AI‑focused team in Bristol. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, turning ideas into production‑grade software and rapid prototypes using modern cloud and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship full‑stack applications using TypeScript on both front‑end and back‑end.
• Architect, deploy and maintain cloud‑native services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Rapidly prototype concepts and proofs of concept, leveraging AI and generative‑AI tooling.
• Integrate AI‑driven and data‑centric features into products.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product, design and data teams to translate requirements into working software.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and contribute to code reviews.
• Continuously explore new frameworks and AI capabilities to improve delivery speed and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong full‑stack development skills with TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3 and DynamoDB.
• Proven ability to prototype quickly and use AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
