About the role

Erin Associates is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join their technical team in Blackburn. Working in a hybrid model, you will lead the design and development of scalable web applications and platforms, collaborating closely with product, leadership, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture and development standards, building high‑performing, maintainable code bases.
• Improve deployment pipelines, engineering practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with product, leadership and marketing teams to deliver features.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Oversee API integrations and drive performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack web development experience.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frameworks, especially React.
• Experience delivering scalable front‑end architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
