Full Stack Developer – Node.js & React (Oxford)

About the role

Join an early‑stage AI startup that is transforming sales outreach by removing admin‑heavy tasks and enabling personalised, human‑focused connections. As a Full Stack Developer you will work on both backend services and polished front‑end applications, collaborating closely with a small, high‑impact team in Oxford.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain full‑stack web applications using Node.js (TypeScript) and React.
• Design, optimise, and migrate PostgreSQL databases.
• Deploy and manage containerised services on Azure (AKS, Azure Container Apps).
• Leverage GitHub Copilot in daily development, including prompt‑driven tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with Node.js (preferably TypeScript).
• Solid React expertise, including hooks, state management, and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL performance optimisation and query writing.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Azure.
• Proficiency with Docker and containerisation; Kubernetes/AKS a plus.
• Confident use of GitHub Copilot and prompt‑driven workflows.
• Stable career history with a proven track record of longevity.
• Based in Oxford or Oxfordshire and able to work onsite five days a week.
• Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
