Full Stack Developer (React Focused)

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Full Stack Developers with a strong React focus to join a fast‑growing technology company delivering innovative digital products to a global customer base. The role is remote‑first with occasional visits to our London office, and you will own features end‑to‑end across a React front‑end and Node.js back‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
• Own features from concept through deployment, including building reusable components and robust APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers in an agile environment.
• Champion front‑end best practices, performance, accessibility and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent commercial experience.
• 5+ years of commercial full‑stack development experience.
• Strong background in React and modern front‑end architecture.
• Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
