Full Stack Engineer – C# & React

About the role

Rockstar Games is seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join its Online Services team in Edinburgh. You will work on cutting‑edge technology that powers Rockstar’s online titles, including Grand Theft Auto Online, delivering scalable, high‑performance features for millions of players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend functionality for scalable server APIs using .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core (C#).
• Integrate front‑end applications with backend processes.
• Create front‑end features and applications using JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Optimize application performance and ensure web security best practices.
• Collaborate with Rockstar technology teams across global studios.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an internationally‑based team.
• Passion for web technologies and a desire to stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends.

Required skills

• C# and .NET (including .NET 8, ASP.NET Core)
• JavaScript, TypeScript, React
