About the role

We are looking for a driven Full-Stack Engineer to join Alma’s tech team. You will own the frontend architecture, building scalable design systems from scratch while contributing across the full stack to deliver secure, high-impact software for public-sector and charitable clients.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using Django and React.
Build responsive, reusable component libraries and design systems based on atomic design principles.
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, user-friendly interfaces.
Collaborate with data scientists, policy experts and external partners such as government agencies, the World Bank and UNICEF.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment and DevOps improvements.

Required profile

Hands-on experience building full-stack web applications.
Passion for clean code, software craftsmanship and scalable architecture.
Interest in creating technology that delivers social impact.
