Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join a fast‑growing start‑up that is redefining intelligent interaction for accounting. You will own the delivery of customer‑facing, frontend‑driven bot experiences, ensuring they are performant, intuitive and drive adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product stream milestones on time, meeting specifications and quality standards.
• Manage the product backlog, participate in prioritisation and sprint planning.
• Define and maintain architecture, scalability and long‑term sustainability.
• Monitor and reduce technical debt while optimising system performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in backend and full‑stack development.
• Familiarity with bot platforms, conversational AI or NLP tooling.
• Comfort working in Agile environments and managing sprints.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
