Full Stack Software Engineer – Investment Toolkit

About the role

Join a world‑leading multi‑strategy hedge fund as a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Fixed Income Macro Investment Toolkit team. You will build and enhance web‑based pre‑trade analytics and risk‑management tools that are used daily by portfolio managers and traders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack analytical applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with investment, research, and engineering teams to create next‑generation trading and research platforms.
• Gather requirements directly from trading desks and translate them into functional features.
• Shape the UI strategy for the FIM investment process and drive platform roadmap.
• Communicate effectively across interdisciplinary teams, including research, design, and engineering.
• Become an expert in the firm’s systems to accelerate integration of analytics into all processes.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and initiative, able to lead critical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in fixed‑income and macro trading, with a willingness to learn the domain.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring early‑career talent (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Typescript and React for front‑end development.
• Experience with at least one backend language, preferably Python.
• Solid understanding of Linux programming environments.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern infrastructure.
• Ability to deliver strong UX/UI experiences.
