Full-time Coach + Membership Manager

About the role

Love coaching but want to build a career in membership management? Join an established strength‑and‑conditioning studio as a Coach + Membership Manager, leading by example on the floor while driving retention and community. The role is split 80 % small‑group personal training and 20 % membership management, with a clear remit around member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality small‑group personal training sessions, applying strength and conditioning principles and adapting movements to individual needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members, run regular feedback conversations, manage the leaver process and turn insights into retention actions.
• Plan and run community events that strengthen connections across the membership.

Required profile

• Experienced strength‑and‑conditioning coach comfortable working with a mature membership base.
• Friendly, personable and proactive in building relationships and investigating why members stay or leave.
• Organised, able to run events and follow‑up on feedback while maintaining a full coaching schedule.
• Relevant PT/S&C qualifications and availability for early‑morning shifts (e.g., 6 am start).
